Mr. Miller obtained his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1988, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He later attended law school at the University of North Carolina to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1993.

In May of 1994 Mr. Miller was hired as an associate attorney with O’Connor, McGuinness, Conte, Doyle, Oleson, & Collins in White Plains, New York, where he continued to work until September of 1999. At O’Connor McGuinness, Mr. Miller was involved in all aspects of civil litigation, including numerous trials to verdict at the Supreme Court level for this major Westchester, New York law firm concentrating in areas of insurance defense, malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and general liability matters.

Before opening his own law firm in 2009, Mr. Miller was the business owner and co-founder of a supply chain software company. He managed all aspects of the operation, including establishing Business and Technology structure for operating and holding company, obtaining two United States patents, leading and executing the company’s intellectual property strategy, and drafting and negotiating diverse contracts and strategic agreements.

Mr. Miller started his private practice in Mahopac , New York in 2009. Mr. Miller represents clients in Business and Technology, civil litigation, real estate, personal injury, contract and landlord/tenant matters and advises clients regarding their estate planning needs. He has participated as a member of the Board of Directors for Putnam Family and Community Services, served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity at their headquarters in Americus, Georgia and enjoyed being a basketball coach for his daughters through the Mahopac Sports Association.
